Ideas, printed
layer by layer.
Create a Way Labs is a one-printer shop turning logos, sketches, and half-formed ideas into real objects — custom prints, image-to-3D conversions, and design help, run start to finish on a single Bambu Lab P1S.
Run by one person, one printer, no shortcuts.
Create a Way Labs is Juu's studio — every job goes through one Bambu Lab P1S, sliced in Bambu Studio and printed in PLA by default. That means every print gets personal attention: files are checked, plated, and watched through the run, not batched through a warehouse.
The 4-slot AMS means multi-color parts print in one job instead of being glued together after — useful for logo plaques, layered artwork, and anything that needs more than one filament color to read right.
Four ways to get something made
Custom 3D printing
Send an STL, 3MF, or STEP file and get it printed to spec — material, infill, and finish matched to what the part needs to do.
Image → 3D conversion
Logos, line art, and photos get converted to clean SVG and STL — multi-color pieces are split into per-color layers so the AMS can print them in one pass.
Design assistance
Have a rough idea and no file? We help take it from sketch or description to a printable model — including print-in-place mechanisms like articulated shelf sitters.
Multi-color printing
Four filament slots, one print job — good for brand colors, layered artwork, and anything that shouldn't look hand-painted.
From idea to object, in four steps
Send your idea
A file, a logo, a photo, or just a description — whatever you've got.
Get a quote
Every job is priced individually against material, print time, and how much hands-on work it needs.
We print & finish
Sliced, printed, and cleaned up — supports removed, colors checked against the file.
Pickup or ship
Local pickup or shipped out, confirmed with your quote.
What's come off the plate
Logo shelf sitters
A graffiti-style "Juu" logo turned into a plaque with print-in-place articulated legs, in the spirit of a classic team mascot shelf sitter.
Multi-color AMS prints
Parts that need more than one filament color, printed in a single job with the 4-slot AMS instead of hand-painted after.
Image-to-STL conversions
Photos and line art traced to vector, then extruded and split by color layer so they print clean on the AMS.
Custom prototypes
Functional parts and one-off prototypes, built to fit and tested before they ship.
Real photos of finished pieces are on the way — until then, ask for a quote and see what yours could look like.
Before you ask
What file formats do you accept?+
STL, 3MF, or STEP for models that are already print-ready. For the image-conversion service, send a PNG, JPG, or SVG of the logo, art, or photo you want turned into a print.
What materials do you print in?+
PLA is the default and covers most jobs. If your part needs something else, mention it in your quote request and we'll talk through whether it's a fit.
How big can a print be?+
The build volume is 256 × 256 × 256 mm in one piece. Larger designs can often be split into sections and joined after printing — tell us the size you need and we'll figure out the best way to get there.
Can you do multiple colors in one print?+
Yes — the printer has a 4-slot AMS, so up to four filament colors can go into a single print job without hand-painting or gluing pieces together.
How long does an order take?+
It depends on the queue and how involved the part is — simple prints move faster than multi-color or design-heavy jobs. You'll get a timeline along with your quote before anything is confirmed.
I don't have a 3D file — can you still help?+
Yes. Send a description, sketch, or reference photo and we'll help turn it into a printable design as part of the quote.
